Comments

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture (if applicable) is visible to the public alongside your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, please avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the site can download and extract location data from images displayed on the website.

We retain other data as follows:
- Inactive accounts: 2 years
- Pending orders: 7 days
- Failed orders: 10 days
- Cancelled orders: 30 days
- Refunded orders: 1 year
- Completed orders: 7 years
When a customer requests account deletion, personal data from orders is removed where legally possible, and access to downloads or digital files is revoked.

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided. You may also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you.
This does not include data we are required to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
