Walking 3,000 km across New Zealand reshaped how I understand growth, direction, and what we’re capable of when we keep moving.
These are the principles that now shape my coaching:

I use storytelling and personal experience to empower people to break free from old habits, people-pleasing, and limiting beliefs — guiding them one step at a time toward a life that reflects their authentic self.
