Refund and Returns Policy
At Shalane Hopkins, we want you to love your purchase. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before ordering.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. This applies to all orders, including preorders.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Physical Products (Books & Merchandise)
- Due to the nature of books, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for products that have been opened, read, or used.
- If your book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@shalanehopkins.com, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
- All returns must be in original condition and packaging.
- You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was sent in error or arrived damaged.
Digital Products (Workbooks, eBooks, Downloads)
- Digital products, including the Goals for Growth workbook, are delivered via a single-use download link with a time limit. The expiry date will be communicated in your order confirmation.
- If you experience any issues downloading your file, contact us immediately at hello@shalanehopkins.com. We will assist you in accessing your product or issuing a refund if necessary.
- Once a digital product is successfully downloaded, it is considered used and is non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- To request an exchange for physical products, contact hello@shalanehopkins.com.
Shipping Returns
- For physical products eligible for return, mail your item to: PO Box 31, Mosgiel 9024
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was sent in error.
- For valuable items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
