I’m Shalane — author of One Step at a Time.

Through structure, accountability, and momentum-driven strategy, I help you move — consistently, deliberately, and in a direction that actually matters to you.

My approach is built on lived experience — navigating uncertainty, rebuilding from the ground up, and choosing to keep moving forward when it would’ve been easier to stop.
This includes walking 3,000km the length of New Zealand on Te Araroa — a lesson in what happens when you commit to a path and keep going, one step at a time.
