There are no right answers — just what’s true for you right now. This helps me understand how to support you best in our work together.

Reflection Questions

What felt like the turning point, trigger, or moment of “I need support with this”?
You can think about habits, mindset, environment, relationships, confidence, clarity — anything that feels relevant.
If yes, what was helpful — and what didn’t work for you?
For example: accountability, routines, lists, flexibility, structure, technology, external support, visual tools, etc.
For example: starting but not sustaining, self-doubt, losing momentum, overthinking, inconsistency, etc.
This could be a specific change to your life, how you approach goals, challenges you overcome, etc.
